This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient product flow from delivery to sale. The ideal candidate has hands-on cannabis industry experience, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of inventory systems and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and document all product deliveries in compliance with state regulations Manage inventory using Metrc and POS systems Tag, label, and categorize products (front stock, back stock, samples/promotional items) Stock and maintain organized back stock and vault areas Perform daily inventory counts and reconciliations Monitor product rotation, expiration dates, and overall product quality Compliance & Reporting Ensure all inventory processes comply with IDFPR and state cannabis regulations Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing product Maintain accurate inventory records and logs for audits and inspections Support audit readiness and state inspections Vault & Product Handling Manage product movement between vault, fulfillment, and sales floor Maintain proper chain of custody for all cannabis products Ensure secure handling and storage of all inventory Operations Support Coordinate and schedule vendor deliveries Support dispensary staff with inventory-related questions Assist in improving inventory processes and SOPs Schedule & Requirements Full-time position (40 hours/week) Must have open availability, including evenings and weekends Must be able to serve as a key holder (AIC) Required Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older 2+ years of cannabis industry experience (required) Experience with inventory management, product intake, and compliance Familiarity with Metrc and POS systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment Reliable, dependable, and professional Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an Inventory AIC or inventory-focused role Experience with high-volume dispensary operations Leadership or supervisory experience Why Join CloudHaven?
