Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Leader for thier Manufacturing Operations near Bremen IN. The Planing Manager will be responsible for the development & execution of an integrated production plan that balances forecasting, customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability & inventory objectives. This role combines day-to-day scheduling execution with forward-looking supply planning & forcasting to support business objectives. The position operates as a key individual contributor and cross-functional partner that will regularly interact with individuals across the organization at all levels. This job will have the following responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and publish the master production schedule Translate customer orders, forecasts, and inventory targets into feasible production schedules Adjust Production plans as demand, capacity, or material constraints change Resolve short-term issues related to material shortages, capacity constraints, or priority changes Perform capacity, inventory, and supply analysis to support stratgic operational decisions Support longer-range planning horizons to improve schedule stability and operational responsiveness Collaborate with Sales, Production Engineering and Purchasing to align forecasts with supply capabilities Participate in
S&OP / IBP
processes by developing and presenting supply plans, constraints, and risks Identify demand volatility or structural supply gaps and propose mitigation strategies Coordinate closely with Purchasing and Production Planning to ensure material availability Monitor critical components, supplier lead times, and production bottlenecks Maintain planning master data accuracy in
ERP / MRP
systems (BOMs, routings, lead times, calendars)
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management or related field 3+ years of experience in Master Scheduling, Production Planning, or Supply Planning in a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of
ERP / MRP
systems Good Working Proficiency of
SI&OP / IBP
