Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field. 5+ years in manufacturing/supply chain roles with hands-on understanding of material flows and supply chain processes. Strong technical skills in Power BI, SAP, Excel, and SQL. Experience applying analytical methods to solve business problems. Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This is an onsite role based in Indianapolis. Travel expectation up to 10%, domestic and international. The anticipated wage for this position is $127,500 - $204,600 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
