Labette Health is seeking a Supply Coordinator to help ensure our patient care areas have the supplies they need to provide excellent care. This role is responsible for stocking, replenishing, and distributing supplies throughout the hospital while maintaining established PAR levels and supporting efficient inventory management. If you enjoy staying organized, working independently, and helping keep hospital operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Stock and replenish medical and non-medical supplies throughout assigned departments Maintain PAR levels and monitor inventory to ensure supplies are available when needed Deliver supplies, equipment, and special orders throughout the facility Rotate stock and monitor expiration dates Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing incoming shipments Maintain clean, organized supply rooms and storage areas Communicate supply shortages, backorders, and inventory concerns to leadership Assist with inventory counts and other materials management activities as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Basic computer skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move supplies throughout the facility Why Join Labette Health?
