What You'll Do:
Lead Reverse Logistics Operations:
Oversee all aspects of returned product flow—inspection, testing, repair, repackaging, and storage—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Drive Culture Transformation:
Build a high-performing, engaged team by fostering collaboration, accountability, and a sense of purpose. Your leadership will turn a challenging environment into a thriving, positive workplace.
Financial Accountability:
Own P&L responsibility for the reverse logistics operation, ensuring cost control, budget adherence, and profitability targets are met.
Optimize Processes & Space:
Implement best practices for sustainability, cost reduction, and operational efficiency while maximizing warehouse space utilization.
Strategic Impact:
Influence operational plans and strategies that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and enhance value recovery.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives that elevate performance and employee engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Culture Champion:
Proven ability to motivate teams, build trust, and create an inclusive, positive work environment .
Financial Leader:
Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis within operations.
Experienced Operator:
8+ years in operations management, with at least 5 years in reverse logistics or related fields.

Track record of developing talent and managing through subordinate managers.
Strategic Thinker:
Skilled in implementing operational strategies and driving change.
Qualifications:
