Supply Center Work Location Lexington, KY Grade Level 43 Salary Range $19.18-30.68/hour Type of Position Staff Position Time Status Full-Time Required Education AS Click here for more information about equivalencies: https://hr.uky.edu/employment/working-uk/equivalencies Required Related Experience 4 yrs Required License/Registration/Certification None. Physical Requirements Lifting, standing, walking, sitting, and sitting at a computer for extended periods of time. Shift Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 4:00pm (40 hrs./wk.). Job Summary The Materials Coordinator Principal is responsible for preparing and distributing customer sales, activity and expense reports while making sure to comply with University records retention policies. Verifies accuracy of third-party billing, processes payments, and resolves issues with payments. Prioritizes analysis and keeps Supply Center staff informed, so that decisions can be made quickly when needed. Manages inventory control including bin locations for integrity and ease of organization, daily cycle counts, and reconciling problems. Manages delivery drivers to ensure that the Supply Center functions, trucking, and the central warehouse operates at maximum efficiency and safety. Maintains historical files. Other duties as assigned. IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered).

Skills / Knowledge
/ Abilities PM and MM modules of SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Valid Driver's License. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
