Supply Chain Manager - Shelbyville, Tennessee (Paid Relocation) Supply Chain Manager in a Large Manufacturing Plant...Excellent Benefit/401K Plan...100%
Company Paid Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company goals. Forecast demand, establish inventory levels, and develop production plans. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Supplier Management:
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards. Identify and onboard new suppliers when needed.
Inventory Management:
Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and production schedules for optimal procurement. Develop strategies for managing obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
Logistics and Distribution:
Coordinate and optimize logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing. Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods while minimizing costs. Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and leverage third-party providers.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives to reduce costs, optimize processes, and increase efficiency. Implement best practices, lean principles, and innovative technologies. Evaluate performance, track KPIs, and develop action plans for improvement.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management/Business/Engineering or related field. 5+ years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing. Experienced with SAP or similar

Full-time Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
