FTE Job Summary:
Monitors, stocks, and transports supplies and/or equipment for assigned area(s) within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitors and maintains stock levels. Identifies, removes, and disposes of defective or expired items. Ensures timely delivery of supplies and equipment as needed and requested. Investigates and troubleshoots any inventory issues/problems. Maintains accurate tracking records for all inventory. This may include the update and maintenance of the Omnicell database. Transfers and credits stock to department(s) in the inventory system. May be required to travel to off-site locations to deliver supplies. May be responsible for the operation of hydraulic lifts, fork lift and pallet jacks. May be required to receive packages from loading dock and confirm receipts in Workday via purchase order (PO) number. Investigates and trouble shoots Omni cell issues. Clears machines and corrects inventory. Programs and makes changes to Omni cells based on Nursing needs, can set-up and repair as needed. Cycle counts inventory and reconciles inventory throughout the organization. Reconciles and trains staff on Omni cells. Charge out stock through Workday and run the storeroom daily. Place orders using the Workday system to replenish stock. Provides coverage running the mail room as needed. Fills in for the supervisor when the supervisor is absent. Assists healthcare system staff with all supply issues. Assists in training staff. Mentors and serves as a resource for team members.

Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under general supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Applies more advanced skills and knowledge in the area of specialization.
Position Requirements:
Work Experience A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience required Education High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration Driver•Valid driver's license and 21 years of age required upon hire
