Planning and Forecasting

• Develop, manage, and drive the global S&OP planning process for all products: Leads the monthly Global S&OP process and serves as the key liaison between commercial, regional teams, finance, and operations teams.

Conduct review meetings to align various stakeholders and inputs, updating demand, supply and inventory plans Own forecast accuracy KPI and drive continuous improvement actions. Oversees long range forecast/scenario modeling with finance and other groups Develop/oversee new product launch and phase out plans, including forecasts, inventory targets, and introduction schedules with support of stakeholders. Facilitate supply chain risk management strategy, metrics, and action plan Lead the implementation of an MRP, Scenario Planning and forecasting system for complex multi facility manufacturing and distribution Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy for relevant master data maintained in SAP to support the demand and inventory forecasting of FG/SFG.

Achieve performance metrics:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
