Job Description

Join a dynamic supply chain planning team supporting robotics deployment initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This Project Manager role focuses on coordinating demand and supply activities, tracking program progress, and preparing clear updates for leadership while helping drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate and support the completion of supply chain planning projects and programs from start to finish. Manage demand and supply activities for robotics deployment efforts, ensuring priorities are organized and progress is tracked. Prepare status updates, reports, and summaries for leadership and stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to help keep work moving smoothly and align deliverables. Use strong analytical thinking to identify issues, support planning efforts, and help maintain project momentum. Contribute to recurring shortlisting and planning activities as part of the hiring and deployment process. Skills 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, transportation, engineering, or a related field. Background in demand, supply, or materials planning. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with advanced models. Experience using SQL for analysis or reporting. Ability to think logically, solve problems, and work through complex details. Solid analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Understanding of systems and configuration concepts. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, or a related discipline. Preferred Skills Experience supporting supply chain initiatives in a project or program management setting. Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or similar systems. Analyst-style work experience or a strong academic foundation in analytical problem-solving. Ability to create clear reports and communicate findings effectively.
