Amazon Robotics empowers a smarter, faster, more consistent customer experience through automation. Amazon Robotics automates fulfillment center operations using various methods of robotic technology including autonomous mobile robots, sophisticated control software, language perception, power management, computer vision, depth sensing, machine learning, object recognition, and semantic understanding of commands. Amazon Robotics has a dedicated focus on research and development to continuously explore new opportunities to extend its product lines into new areas. - Develop an understanding of our Supply Chain and Systems and Tools processes and identify targets for improvement in transactional and operations efficiencies
- Support the execution of supply chain cost/lead time, safety stock, procurement, planning, warehousing/logistics, and/or new product introduction programs, including the exploration of opportunities across multiple Amazon business units
- Lead projects to automate our cross-functional processes between Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Deployment, and Engineering
- Develop processes and mechanisms related to expanding capacity and programs in our Robotics Operations Center of Excellence
- Developing efficient and accurate metrics and mechanisms for measuring and reporting supply chain performance. Support the introduction of new software/tools/dashboards

- Are 18 years of age or older
- Are enrolled in or have completed a academic program that is physically located in the United States in enginnering or equivalent
- Are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in software development
