Job Description

Overview Summary:
The Inventory Supervisor is a leader of the Inventory Team. This person has an innate desire to lead and understands the impact their decisions have on patients, customers, and the overall business operation. In addition to understanding all the aspects of the Inventory Specialists role, a supervisor is tasked with running reports, organizing data, maintaining inventory levels across multiple licenses, setting up processes, and ensuring the Inventory Team is proficient in all operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with Inventory Manager on how best to resolve issues.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook.
  • Adept at inventory software systems.
  • Understands state regulations and implementing procedures to handle the flow of product from the transport vehicle to the patient and customer.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly inventory audits while ensuring audits are done accurately and recorded appropriately.
  • Receiving deliveries from Existing Marijuana Establishments into the POS system and Metrc state tracking database.
  • Ensure all product availability and testing results are accurately reflected on the in-store digital and eCommerce menu.
  • Oversee inventory levels of current stock in real-time and replenish inventory when necessary.
  • Fulfill customer orders and monitor expiration dates.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Associates to educate staff on new product offerings.
  • Maintains a positive work environment that is conducive to trust and respect
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with industry inventory systems, such as BioTrack, Leaf Logix, Flow Hub, Indica, MJ Freeway, METRC, Leafly, Dutchie, et al.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Must be 21 years old and pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computing skills.
  • Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match.
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction.
