Day/Eve Rotation (United States of America) Provides support to Operating Room staff by coordinating supplies in the OR. Maintains all OR and CPD Inventory. The Surgical Materials Coordinator, under general supervision of the Manager CPD, with continued Materials Management support, and following established procedures; will support the daily materials related operations of OR and CPD and will be proficient in all areas of materials to include: equipment, supply, receiving and distribution and maintain appropriate levels of sterile medical/surgical supplies and equipment. The Surgical Materials Coordinator will represent the department in a positive and professional manner.Compensation Pay Range:
$24.35- $34.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(Cont.) I. Technology and Learning a. Participates in continued learning and possess a willingness and ability to learn and utilize new technology and procedures that continue to develop in their role and throughout the organization. b. Embraces technological advances that allow us to communicate information effectively and efficiently based on role. Basic knowledge of computers strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of basic principles of sterilization and aseptic technique. Minimum Education- Preferred High school diploma. Associates Degree or equivalent desirable.
