INVENTORY MANAGER
Used Car Inventory Manager
Compensation:
$5,000/month salary + performance bonus potential Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Used Car Inventory Manager to oversee the entire used vehicle lifecycle from intake through frontline readiness. This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage both physical inventory and digital platforms efficiently. Responsibilities Manage all incoming used vehicle inventory Coordinate and monitor vehicle reconditioning process Work directly with Service Department to ensure timely recon completion Communicate daily with vendors including detail, PDR, glass, wheel repair, body shop, and transport Ensure vehicles meet company frontline standards and timelines Monitor aging inventory and prioritize recon workflow Move and organize vehicles throughout the lot as needed Upload and manage vehicle status through inventory/software platforms Track keys, inventory locations, and recon stages Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting Assist management with merchandising and inventory presentation Qualifications Automotive dealership experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working outdoors and actively on the lot Ability to work within inventory management systems and software platforms Strong communication skills with service teams and vendors Self-motivated with urgency and accountability Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
