The Senior Director, SIOP is responsible for leading DAP's integrated demand, supply, inventory, and business planning processes to deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing inventory, working capital, and supply chain performance. This role drives cross-functional alignment, enables data-driven decision-making, and ensures execution of a best-in-class SIOP process that supports profitable growth. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end SIOP process, balancing customer demand, supply capabilities, inventory strategy, and business objectives. Drive service excellence, inventory optimization, and working capital improvement across the supply network. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve operational performance and achieve business goals. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and executive-level reporting. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecast accuracy, product availability, inventory productivity, and supply chain efficiency. Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing planning organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to inventory and supply chain operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or SIOP. Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. Strong analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills.
