Team & Operations Leadership Lead the daily activities of the yard, warehouse, delivery fleet, and logistics teamDirectly supervise drivers, load builders, and yard personnelCoordinate delivery schedules and yard operationsSupport hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development Safety & Asset Management Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all operationsEnsure compliance with safety policies, training, and injury management proceduresLead investigations and follow-up for injuries and vehicle accidentsManage fleet maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime Continuous Improvement Identify and eliminate inefficiencies that impact employees and customersAnalyze operational performance data to identify root causes and improvement opportunitiesLead cross-functional discussions focused on improving delivery accuracy and efficiencyDevelop visual standards, organized workspaces, and sustainable operating practices Customer & Performance Focus Improve on-time and in-full deliveries (OTIF)Increase operational efficiency and productivityReduce inventory shrink, credits, and delivery errorsPartner with sales, operations, vendors, and customers to continuously improve service levels
