In this role, you will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of automotive parts and accessories, ensuring seamless operations that support our automotive service and repair teams. Duties Manage end-to-end parts procurement processes, including sourcing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and accessories to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, inventory management, parts administration, and equipment repair. Utilize CDK DMS systems, and order management systems to track stock levels, process orders, and maintain accurate data entry. Develop demand planning strategies to forecast parts needs accurately, reducing excess inventory while avoiding shortages. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements while maintaining strong supplier management relationships. Coordinate logistics for shipping & receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of parts across multiple locations. Lead parts sourcing initiatives by leveraging internal communication channels and external networks to find the best parts solutions efficiently. Maintain compliance with safety standards related to warehouse experience, forklift operation. Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts management or dealership environment with a strong understanding of automotive service operations. Extensive knowledge of OEM parts sourcing. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management practices including shipping & receiving procedures. Excellent internal communication skills for coordinating across departments; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data entry and reporting tasks.
