Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning. This role is integral to ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, manufacturing, and distribution channels to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply chain analytics, process improvement methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. They will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing tools such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and Power BI. Oversee procurement processes through direct negotiation with suppliers to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards. Manage logistics and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels, demand forecasting accuracy, and timely delivery. Utilize business intelligence tools like Tableau and SQL for data analysis, visualization, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement. Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma projects, and Kaizen events to streamline operations. Coordinate with manufacturing and production planning teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules using MRP systems. Conduct root cause analysis on supply disruptions or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory demand forecasting, supply chain analytics, and logistics performance. Facilitate collaboration among internal departments and external partners to optimize overall supply chain performance. Qualifications Prior experience in a paper / corrugated manufacturing environment preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field, along with 5-7 years experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience in supply chain management roles with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. Strong proficiency in SAP (including SAP ERP modules), Oracle EBS, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data analysis and visualization. Extensive knowledge of supply chain planning tools such as MRP systems and demand forecasting techniques. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies including Lean management, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices. Experience managing procurement negotiations and logistics inventory management. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration across departments and external partners. $97,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
