Scope of Responsibility Join us as a Logistics Manager where you will drive operational excellence by leading shipping, receiving, warehousing, and transportation strategies that ensure seamless material flow and strong supply chain performance, while serving as a servant leader grounded in the principles of the 7 Habits to develop high-performing teams.

Target Pay:
The target starting base salary for this position is $70,470.00 - $113,020.00 / year (plus quarterly bonus incentive). Please note that the salary information is a general guideline nly. Cascade Engineering considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. What You'll Be Doing Lead day-to-day shipping, receiving, warehousing, and logistics operations across applicable sitesEstablish, maintain, and continuously improve standard work, procedures, and process controls for all logistics functionsDevelop training programs and ensure competency of shipping and receiving teamsCreate, implement, and maintain work instructions and operational documentationServe as system administrator for customer portals and manage customer-related logistics websitesEnsure compliance with MMOG/LE requirements and support internal and external auditsSupport and participate in freight carrier selection, quoting, and contract negotiations to optimize cost and serviceAct as liaison between customer service, carriers, and internal shipping operations to resolve issues and improve communicationOversee freight tracking, claims, and billing approval processesPartner with IT and cross-functional teams to support ERP (QAD) enhancements related to shipping, receiving, and inventory movementMonitor logistics KPIs and drive corrective actions as neededBuild team capability through coaching, performance management, and accountability practicesCollaborate with Purchasing, Materials, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure alignment and supply chain excellenceManage and support multi-facility transportation networks, optimizing routes, capacity and service levels across distribution points. Support and optimize TMS and WMS platforms, ensuring accurate data flow, system integrity, and efficient execution of transportation and warehouse operations.
