This role will be responsible for improving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability across our supply chain. Position Summary The Forecasting and Replenishment Planning Manager is responsible for leading demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment activities to ensure optimal product availability while minimizing excess inventory, stockouts, and supply chain costs. This role partners closely with Sales, Merchandising, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Distribution teams to develop accurate forecasts, manage replenishment strategies, and support business growth through data-driven planning decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience managing forecasting and replenishment processes, and the ability to influence cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Forecasting and Demand Planning Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts at product, category, customer, channel, and location levels. Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, new product launches, and customer behavior to improve forecast accuracy. Lead regular demand planning meetings with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations teams. Identify forecast risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve planning outcomes. Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and implement corrective actions as needed. Replenishment and Inventory Planning Manage replenishment planning processes to ensure the right products are available at the right time and location. Establish and maintain inventory targets, safety stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment parameters. Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, slow-moving inventory, excess stock, and out-of-stock risks. Partner with Suppliers, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely product flow. Develop replenishment strategies that balance service levels, inventory investment, and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration • This role will also work with our overseas team to coordinate container shipments from Asia to the US. Work closely with Sales and Merchandising teams to align forecasts with promotions, assortment changes, customer plans, and product lifecycle events. Partner with Finance to support inventory budgeting, sales planning, and working capital management. Collaborate with Operations and Distribution teams to improve supply chain execution and product availability. Communicate planning issues, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders. Process Improvement and Reporting Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track forecast accuracy, inventory health, fill rate, stockouts, and replenishment performance. Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, systems, and data quality. Support implementation or enhancement of forecasting, ERP, MRP, WMS, or inventory planning systems. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness across the planning function.

Related Tasks Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and production schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing and delivery of materials and products. Order and track product and facility materials and supplies as needed. Ensure planning activities are completed accurately, consistently, and on time. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management. 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of forecasting methods, replenishment models, inventory control, and supply chain operations. Experience with ERP, demand planning, replenishment, or inventory management systems. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must be able to work on-site at location daily. Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, e-commerce, or wholesale environments. Experience in purchasing from Asia/China. Knowledge and experience in dealing with the current tariff conditions. Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan, RELEX, Manhattan, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Knowledge of S&OP, S&OE, MRP, DRP, or integrated business planning processes. APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certification is a plus. Experience managing high-SKU, multi-location, or seasonal inventory environments.
