Materials Supervisor - Prinsburg

Prinsco is looking for a Materials Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for leading raw material management, supporting inventory accuracy, and developing team members while maintaining safe and efficient operations. What you will do • Lead and support the materials team through coaching, accountability, and development Oversee raw material inventory including receiving, storage, usage planning, and system accuracy Partner with procurement and accounting to resolve inventory variances and vendor issues Support continuous improvement efforts and cross training within the department Maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure adherence to company standards What you bring • High school diploma or GED required Two or more years of materials, inventory, or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to work across teams Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and make sound decisions Why join Prinsco At Prinsco, we live our values of hard work, relationships, humble confidence, and integrity.
