POSITION SUMMARY MEFPAK/PMI
Program Manager & Medical Logistics SME to support the Air Mobility Command Surgeon General. This role leads Patient Movement Item program execution and supports contract-personnel oversight, global asset tracking, medical logistics, medical readiness, acquisition, and materiel life-cycle activities. Location for this work is at Scott
AFB, IL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day-to-day PMI and MEFPAK program execution and coordinate assigned contract personnel and functional workstreams. Improve global PMI asset tracking, data management, distribution, storage, and maintenance processes using PMI-ATS and related Government systems. Advise on military medical logistics planning, programming, resourcing, procurement, acquisition, MEFPAK processes, and materiel life-cycle management. Support DoD capability-development and RDT&E activities and translate operational requirements into actionable plans and decision materials. Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, action-item status, and recommendations to AMC/SG stakeholders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated program leadership in military medical logistics, PMI, MEFPAK, medical readiness, expeditionary medical support, or a closely related mission. Experience leading multi-functional teams and coordinating planning, acquisition, sustainment, and operational support activities. Working knowledge of PMI asset tracking and DoD medical logistics/readiness systems; ability to become immediately productive in PMI-ATS and related tools. Current Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility and enrollment in Continuous Vetting; ability to obtain and maintain interim or final Secret access, CAC, system access, and required Government training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior
USAF/AMC
Surgeon General, Aeromedical Evacuation, En Route Care, DMLSS, PMI-ATS, or MEFPAK experience. Seven or more years of relevant experience and prior contract or program personnel oversight. Bachelor's degree or PMP; equivalent military and professional experience is acceptable.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
Full-time, primarily onsite at Scott AFB, Illinois, during Government core hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; short-notice schedule adjustments may be required. Telework is not guaranteed and may be authorized only when the Government and contract permit situational telework. The role may require

temporary-duty travel for meetings, site surveys, training, exercises, testing, or mission support, including possible travel aboard DoD aircraft. This function is designated mission essential and may require reporting during weather emergencies, restricted-access periods, continuity events, or other mission-driven conditions.
Salary Range:
