Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Parts Supervisor to join our team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our shop running efficiently by ensuring technicians receive the correct parts on time. The ideal candidate will have automotive mechanical knowledge, strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accurately identify and look up automotive parts Order parts from vendors while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Verify correct part numbers, pricing, and availability Work closely with technicians to ensure the correct parts are ordered the first time Receive, organize, and track incoming parts Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets Communicate with vendors regarding orders, returns, and warranties Keep the parts area organized and inventory well managed Assist in maintaining an efficient workflow throughout the shop
Qualifications Required:
Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components Extensive knowledge of automotive parts Strong computer skills Proficient typing skills Proficient math skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license
Preferred:
