General:
Autel, a global leader in automotive equipment, is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the overall supply chain from incoming suppliers to successful shipments to our customers. Logistics Manager responsibilities include receiving, organizing, and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
  • Be a liaison with customer service to ensure effective communication on customer shipments.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce through 2 full-time supervisors.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
  • Maintain adequate control over inventory and related warehouse operations, including leadership of an internal cycle counting of the warehouses.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant experience
  • Experience in SAP preferred.
  • Able to speak Chinese preferred.
