We are committed to excellence in our service and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers. We are seeking a skilled parts manager whos drive and values run parellel with ours. Applicant must have prior parts sales/service management experience, preferably in the Powersport industry.

Friendly, helpful, and professional communication skills Computer skills Strong product knowledge of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or similar Ability to muti task Drivers license/Motorcycle endorsement References Team oriented Ability to problem solve for best outcome for both the customer and business

Bonus Points:

Passion to ride and/or wrench on motorcycles, ATV's, MUV's, etc. Familiarity with brands (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Harley Davidson, Dunlop, Fly Racing, etc.) Capacity to work in a fast-pace environment with a positive attitude bi-lingual •Job duties: Parts sales Correlating parts to service department Correlating parts to sales department Vendor returns Shipping and receiving Inventory management Communicate with customers regarding updates and status of transaction Perform North Carolina state Inspections Perform administrative work to ensure department runs smoothly and efficiently Address any issue for best outcome for both business and the customer Parts Manager position is salary + commission based. Applicant must have managerial experience in powersports/automotive industry

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
