About First Aid Collision First Aid Collision is a locally owned and operated auto body repair shop proudly serving Hendersonville, Asheville, Brevard, and Arden, NC for decades. We specialize in collision repair and auto painting. Known for our integrity, craftsmanship, and customer-first approach, we're expanding our team to continue delivering top-tier service. Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Parts Manager to oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of automotive parts at our Hendersonville location. This role is essential to ensuring timely and efficient repair operations and maintaining our high standards of service. Open to the right candidate willing to work Mon-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-1.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily parts operations including ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing parts. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely availability of parts. Monitor parts usage and costs to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Handle return processes. Qualifications Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency with CCCone software and Microsoft Office. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or business education is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with OEM and aftermarket parts. Familiarity with estimating software (CCC). Knowledge of I-CAR standards and certifications.
