Drive the automation solution integration to optimize efficiency and accuracy in the operations.

Strategic Pilot Management:

Lead high-impact trials in collaboration with Google and ensure

Stakeholder Alignment:

Represent GXO in Google's forums, aligning innovation projects with Google's broader strategic priorities. What you need to succeed at

GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or industrial automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven experience leading dispersed teams and managing in matrixed environments Proven track record of identifying and implementing automation solutions in warehouses or distribution environments Strong understanding of warehouse operations, cost drivers, and ROI modeling Experience managing cross-functional projects with measurable performance outcomes Familiarity with automation technologies such as robotics, AS/RS, conveyor systems, and AGVs Strong experience in leading process automation functions by building governance, principles, processes and methodologies It'd be great if you also have: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order routing, and process optimization Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
