Job Description

Logistics & Warehouse Manager | $65K-$70K + Excellent Benefits | Manufacturing I'm partnering with a growing international manufacturer to identify a Logistics & Warehouse Manager for a newly created leadership role designed to elevate logistics operations, improve systems, and drive continuous improvement across the facility. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving operational challenges, and building structure within a manufacturing environment. You'll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations while partnering closely with production and cross-functional teams. paid holidays Opportunity to work with a global organization Potential international exposure and training opportunities What You'll Do Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations Manage 2-3 direct reports in a working manager capacity Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen operational processes Monitor inventory accuracy and material flow across the facility Support domestic and international logistics, including imports and exports Utilize ERP systems to improve reporting, inventory visibility, and operational effectiveness Partner with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership Manufacturing experience required Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management ERP experience required; SAP experience is a strong plus Self-starter who can adapt to changing priorities and learn independently Leadership experience with a hands-on, collaborative management style No degree required Schedule 100% onsite First shift schedule with flexible start times Minimal travel, with potential opportunities to visit global headquarters
Pay Details:
