Job Description

Seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about powersports. Responsibilities
  • Manage all daily operations of the parts department
  • Order parts, accessories, and inventory from multiple OEM manufacturers and vendors
  • Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments accurately
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee stock control
  • Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts and accessory needs
  • Support the service department by ensuring technicians have the parts needed to complete repairs efficiently
  • Monitor inventory turns, aging inventory, and special orders
  • Train, supervise, and motivate parts department staff
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, priced, and stocked
  • Handle warranty parts returns and vendor returns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications
  • Previous parts management or parts counter experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Experience with ordering and receiving processes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems preferred
  • Ability to lift and move parts and merchandise as needed
  • Powersports parts experience is a plus
Pay:
$47,796.43
  • $57,561.
30 per year
