Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support business goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast needs, manage inventory levels, and support timely fulfillment of customer and business requirements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers. Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational objectives. Qualifications of the
Supply Chain Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or a related management role. Experience working with business systems and technology platforms that support operational processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
