Job Description:
Job Purpose As our Material Manager , you'll play a key leadership role at the heart of our operations, driving efficiency, ensuring seamless material flow, and enabling production success. You'll oversee onsite logistics and warehousing while championing safety, quality, delivery, and cost excellence. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate across teams, strengthen partnerships with suppliers and customers, and lead initiatives that elevate both operational performance and business results. What You'll Do
  • Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time to support production goals and customer commitments.
  • Lead and continuously improve inventory management, warehousing, and transportation operations.
  • Champion Lean principles to streamline material flow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  • Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive meaningful, continuous improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity while optimizing costs.
  • Inspire a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team-empowering growth, innovation, and engagement.
  • Manage departmental budgets with a focus on achieving operational and financial goals. What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
  • Experience with SAP or similar inventory and logistics systems.
  • Background in Lean or Six Sigma environments (certification is a plus). What Sets You Apart

  • A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
