Door Staff/Security

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide proactive security service to our guests and staff members. Prevent theft and random acts of violence. Provide supportive service during on-site emergencies. Enforce precautionary safety and emergency procedure policies. Restrain offensive intruders and report operative issues. Observe, investigate, and report all suspicious activity. Deter all criminal activity. Protect our property, guests, and staff from hazardous or harmful incidents. Maintaining a safe and secure environment. Mitigate and resolve public disturbances.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to maintain composure during challenging situations Ability to stand post for several hours at a time. Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols. Excellent customer service. Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
