In a lean, fast-moving organization, you operate as a hands-on problem solver, building the systems and team behaviors that keep the business in control. You will manage a product portfolio with an increasing SKU mix, ensuring urgency, accountability, and disciplined execution are embedded into every layer of planning, purchasing, and logistics. This position location will be both Allendale and Mahwah. This process will balance demand, capacity, and inventory investment. Manage performance for the planning team to achieve service, inventory, and schedule adherence targets. Maintain inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, MOQ strategy) to protect customer service while minimizing working capital. Create an "urgent and accountable" operating rhythm—clear escalation paths, sameday issue resolution, and no surprises. 2. Manage performance for buyers to deliver on service, quality, and cost objectives (PPV, lead time, supplier OTD). 3. Own performance across inbound and outbound logistics (docktostock, ordertoship), inventory integrity, and ontime customer delivery. Drive continuous improvement in space utilization, labor productivity, freight spend, and carrier performance; lead corrective actions when metrics drift. 4. Operational Leadership & Alignment Represent Supply Chain within the Operations Leadership Team; resolve crossfunctional disagreements constructively while maintaining a cohesive message to site employees.
