Job Description

The Inventory Manager is responsible for leading all inventory-related functions across cultivation, production, and finished goods. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, efficient workflows, and full compliance with state cannabis regulations. The ideal candidate brings a balance of precision, leadership, and operational excellence to ensure our products are accounted for from seed to sale. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems (Metrc, Canix, etc.), coordinating required product testing, and supporting cross-departmental collaboration to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance across all business lines—medical and adult-use. Why work for Justice? Because people matter here. Beyond a supportive, collaborative, people-first environment, Justice offers competitive compensation for exempt roles, including eligibility for a discretionary bonus program. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and based on individual and company performance. Eligible full-time team members receive a robust benefits package that may include medical and dental coverage, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, an exceptional Employee Assistance Program (EAP), generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and paid holidays.
