- Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team for a large client in Manhattan.
What is your day-to-day:
Achieves Financial and Compliance Results Oversight of annual sourcing plan development for both IFM and PDS, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it. Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk. Own sourcing compliance and controls. Identify and share opportunities for improvement with appropriate functional leaders. Ensure all sourcing technology tools are leveraged across account. Partner teams closely with operations by providing management, detailed instruction and follow up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes. Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring supplier's performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business. Develop and Lead High Performing Teams Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top S&P talent. Support the career development of key roles through mentoring and visible leadership. Create high-performing, integrated sourcing team that is committed to delivering sustainable operational excellence. Manage and coach teams on their performance, progress and developmental goals including analysing strengths, and areas of opportunity for growth into actionable career development plans. Actively participate in talent Supply/Demand by networking, mentoring, and sharing internal and external candidates As an S&P leader, foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture within and outside of direct reports. Establishes and Nurtures Strong Relationships Ensure the vision and strategy of the client sourcing plan is implemented and aligned with necessary objectives. Lead and Participate in client meetings /strategy sessions Establish and maintain relationships within client relationship including but not limited to Account Director, FM Lead, Operations Lead and Finance Director. Provide strategic vision for all S&P aspects of business including best practices and innovation. Effectively develop and lead complex short-term and longer-term sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance across the account. Establish relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. Continually manage/assess suppliers through the established supplier performance management program. Competencies forRole:

Required:
10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services. Experience with people management. Bachelor's Degree- Business or Supply Chain Management or similar. Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications
- Excel, Word & PowerPoint E-procurement experience.
Preferred:
MBA CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification. Working knowledge of Jaggaer. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:
160,000.00- 180,000.
