Our client, a growing organization within the consumer products space, is seeking a Supply Chain / Customer Service Manager to serve as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, manufacturing partners, and logistics providers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, order management, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, open orders, and related communications.
Manage order flow from placement through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and successful execution.
Monitor order activity and maintain accurate data, reporting, and date tracking within company systems.
Partner closely with manufacturing facilities, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams to support shipping, inventory movement, and supply chain operations.
Proactively follow up on open items, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support ongoing process improvements while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization. Qualifications Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or customer operations.
Strong understanding of shipping processes, inventory flow, and order fulfillment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
SAP experience is highly preferred. Preferred Industry Background Cosmetics / Beauty (strongly preferred)
