Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, including retail sales, wholesale accounts, online orders, and service department fulfillment Manage inventory levels to maintain accurate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence Analyze inventory reports and department performance metrics to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall operations Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability and excellent customer satisfaction Maintain organized inventory systems and processes to improve accuracy, productivity, and workflow Lead, train, and support Parts Department staff while fostering a professional, team-oriented environment Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining a high standard of service

Qualifications:
