We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Shop Manager to help keep our trucks, mechanics, parts, and daily shop operations moving efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work as the right hand to our mechanics Organize and complete daily shop to-do lists Inspect trucks and identify needed repairs Purchase, order, and track parts and supplies Maintain repair, inspection, and maintenance paperwork Create and update work orders, inspections, and records in Fleetio Follow up on repairs and help get trucks back on the road quickly Coordinate priorities between management, drivers, and mechanics Ensure completed work is properly documented and closed out

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable using computers, apps, and maintenance software Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced trucking environment Knowledge of truck parts, inspections, or shop operations is preferred Mechanic experience Must be dependable, proactive, and willing to learn Strong communication skills This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and knows how to keep a busy shop organized and productive.
