Contract Job #313481 Inventory Control Lead Henderson, NV $24.00-$29.00/hour (Up to $30.00/hour DOE) Full-Time | Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:45 pm Kimco Staffing is currently hiring an Inventory Control Lead for our client in Henderson, NV. We are seeking a motivated leader with strong inventory management experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment. Responsibilities:

Lead daily inventory control activities to ensure inventory accuracy. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Support shipping and receiving operations to ensure proper inventory transactions. Generate reports and analyze inventory data using Microsoft Excel. Assist with process improvements and inventory control best practices. Provide guidance and support to warehouse team members while promoting a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Inventory Control is required. Experience performing cycle counts and physical inventories . Proficiency with ERP systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) . Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Experience with inventory reconciliation and maintaining inventory accuracy. Prior team lead, lead, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office . Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
