Lead Material Flow Specialist The Material Flow Lead supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating personnel, inventory, and material movement activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of operational goals. This role serves as a floor-level leader, providing direction to associates, supporting cross-functional operations, maintaining inventory integrity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Material Flow Lead acts as a key operational resource and point of contact during assigned shifts, particularly in the absence of supervisory leadership.
