Job Description
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Buffalo, NY area for an individual with 3+ years' experience as a Parts Manager and a Service Manager with a background preferably in a commercial heavy - duty truck dealership and service center . This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks. Parts Manager:
Leading all aspects of the Parts Department, ensuring compliance with DTNA requirements , AORA standards , vendor agreements , and Elite Dealer processes is

Driving parts sales growth , profitability , inventory control , and customer support initiatives through effective operational management and strategic business development is
PREFERRED
Collaborating with dealership leadership to optimize departmental performance , enhance customer satisfaction , and support overall dealership objectives is

Leveraging CDK training, user groups , and industry best practices to drive continuous process improvement , operational efficiency , and dealership performance is

Utilizing CDK reporting and analytics to monitor departmental performance , ensure process consistency , and identify opportunities for improvement and growth is

Leading all Parts Department personnel functions, including staffing , scheduling , recruitment , training , performance management , policy compliance , and team development , while ensuring productivity , operational efficiency , and exceptional customer support is

Relevant technical education and/or experience in diesel , truck , or heavy-duty vehicle service and repair is
REQUIRED
Ability to complete and maintain required OEM and Elite Dealer certifications and training is
REQUIRED
Lead and manage all aspects of service department operations, technician productivity, and workflow is
PREFERRED
Provide exceptional customer service through repair coordination, communication, and issue resolution is

Ensure compliance with OEM, warranty, safety, and dealership standards while maintaining repair quality and operational efficiency is
