Hub Manager - Automotive Logistics & Operations - Newburgh, NY Sweetie Boy Transportation is a full-solution automobile transportation and logistics company growing since 2010. As we expand our footprint, we're hiring a Hub Manager to lead day-to-day operations management at our Newburgh, NY hub—driving inventory control, lot/yard organization, fleet operations support, safety compliance, and staff supervision. Duties Direct Management of hub staff to ensure smooth hub operations Conduct daily lot scans to confirm accurate vehicle inventory control Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and secure (safety compliance) Stage and check in vehicles; assist inbound/outbound drivers for smooth flow Manage hub performance and daily operations; maintain service standards Ensure safety standards are met by all staff and drivers Monitor and approve timecards; support scheduling as needed Conduct vehicle and truck inspections per company standards Requirements Solid experience in management and supervisor roles Ability to take full responsibility for hub operations Comfort with all-hours availability/working outside of typically scheduled hours and remotely as needed.
