The Throughput Manager- Patient Logistics plays a critical leadership role within our centralized throughput hub, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely movement of patients across the acute care continuum.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferredLicensure:
Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredExperience:
Minimum 8 years of acute care nursing experience (ICU, ED, or Medical-Surgical strongly preferred) Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, patient flow, and hospital throughputCertifications:
