Job Description

Launch your career in aviation logistics and project management! Join our team for a 6-12 month internship and gain hands-on experience supporting Foreign Trade Zone initiatives, optimizing processes, and contributing to projects that drive operational excellence. Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Support LTCS Logistics Process Center with FTZ-related logistics processes, including material admissions, removals, transfers, inventory control, and compliance documentation Assist in mapping current-state vs. future-state processes to align USA warehouse operations with FTZ regulatory requirements Prepare and review of FTZ-related documentation, including CBP procedures manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and recordkeeping requirements Use Logistics Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to perform processes root cause analysis and suggest solutions to streamline processes Support the end-to-end FTZ activation project, including planning, execution, and post-go-live stabilization Prepare presentations and executive summaries • All other duties as assigned or required Requirements To make the most of this internship, you should have: Bachelor's degree required +1 year of professional experience required Internship experience desirable Fluency in English language required German language desirable Knowledge in project management, import/export and/or logistics Excellent knowledge in Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint/Visio Knowledge of various
LTCS/LHT
