Full-time Join a team that is growing!! Parts Manager will be responsible for:- Tracking parts inventory coming into and leaving the parts department at the dealership
- Placing daily orders to Manufacturer for stock inventory and SOI.
- Oversee day to day operations within the department, managing two parts counter employees.
- Working closely with the service manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed.
- Collecting payment on purchased parts directly with customer and other vendors.
- Ensuring parts are billed correctly.
- Restocking inventory, as necessary. This includes locating requested parts.
- Preparing packaging and shipping for delivery to other vendors and sometimes the manufacturer. Must complete the associated record keeping for MRA returns and shipment.
- Identifying correct parts for make, model, and year of vehicles by referencing a parts manual. Job Requirements
- Experience working in Dealership & Parts Management required.
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 18 years old
- Clean 3 Year Driving Record for Insurance Purposes
