Job Description

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager for a Hybrid position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in New Albany, OH. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity. This role will lead the initiative to update Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for an upcoming upgrade from SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hanna. The ideal candidate will have experience managing system transformations, supporting User Acceptance Testing, and ensuring compliance within a GMP environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the initiative to update Supply Chain (Planning and Warehouse) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the SAP S4 Hanna upgrade Support User Acceptance Test and Training material for the upgrade Own and provide input for quality systems records (deviations, change control, CAPA, etc.) Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and EHSS requirements Act as a Supply Chain representative in cross-departmental projects Track performance on project KPIs and participate in network meetings Support the measurement of Supply Chain Key Performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions related to deviations Build cross-functional relationships to develop and garner support for shared programs
Requirements:
Doctorate degree; OR Master's degree and 2 years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience; OR Associate's degree and 8 years of experience; OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience Experience managing controlled documents and performing technical writing Experience managing deviations in a GMP environment Strong Project Management skills with the ability to prepare and execute a detailed plan Good understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP S4 Hanna Must be detail-oriented Pay range: up to $38.21 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
