Job Description
Description Your Role The Asset Protection Logistics manager is responsible for providing Asset Protection program support to Victoria's Secret Digital (VSD ecommerce logistics operations, both domestically and internationally. The primary responsibility is to protect the company assets and improve profitability by developing and implementing Asset Protection programs for the VSD Small Parcel Parcel Transportation Network. The position will be focused on reducing lost package claims, short ship claims, and returns lost. It will also support the company's omni channel logistics operations, Buy Online Ship from Store and Buy Online Return in Store. Your Impact Conduct investigations within the VSD Small Parcel Transportation Network which includes third party logistics providers, line haul carriers, US Postal Service, and other last mile delivery agents. Initiate investigations into lost package claims, porch piracy, and mail theft impacting VSD packages. Complete security assessments of third-party logistics providers, line haul carriers, and other last mile delivery agents to ensure compliance with established security standards. Develop program recommendations to reduce lost package claims and ensure the security of the small parcel journey from click to porch. Maintain effective relationships with federal, state and local law enforcement, including the US Postal Inspection Service, US Postal Office of Inspector General, and Regional Cargo Theft Task Forces. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with third-party logistics providers and last mile delivery Asset Protection teams. Establish partnership and work collaboratively with internal customers such as Logistics, Customer Care, Special Handling, Sales Audit, and Store Operations.
