We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager for our Digital Supply Solutions group. This leader acts as a Product manager and is responsible for end-to-end planning systems capabilities from strategy, business stakeholder management, portfolio prioritization and delivery/maintenance of planning capabilities to support Vertiv's business units. The position provides subject matter expertise in various domains of supply chain planning (demand, supply, manufacturing etc.) a hands-on systems knowledge and experience/exposure to AI in supply chain opportunities.
Responsibilities :
Drive complex supply chain transformation programs across the globe. Lead and deliver portfolio of projects leveraging multiple methodologies : Waterfall, Agile, Kanban etc. Work cross-functionally with supply chain SMEs, IT and external partners to define requirements, design processes, and deliver functional capabilities Coordinate and participate in solution testing, user acceptance, training, and documentation efforts Track milestones, issues, and deliverables; communicate progress and escalate risks when needed Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, timely delivery of project components Drive a customer centric mindset culture with digital exploiting potential opportunities through an innovative journey, from ideation to commercialization Lead projects through the full lifecycle, working along with cross functional delivery teams Influence stakeholders across business and technology with strong communication, storytelling and Assist in the creation of SOPs, training content, test scripts, and communication materials as needed
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management of supply chain, planning programs within manufacturing or hi-tech environments Experience program managing a large scale transformation program implementing supply chain capabilities and ERPs like Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP etc. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex technical content for diverse audiences Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and RAID logs to ensure project clarity, task division, and risk identification. Experience managing SDLC (software development lifecycle) on a large transformation program working alongside internal and external stakeholders PMP Certification Knowledge of manufacturing processes Prior experience as a user/super user within supply chain space Preferred PMP Certification Knowledge of manufacturing processes Prior experience as a user/super user within supply chain space.
