Supply Chain Project Manager Location:
Onsite We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization. This position will lead and coordinate supply chain projects involving suppliers, engineering, manufacturing and other internal teams, with responsibility for keeping projects on schedule, within scope and aligned with business objectives. This is a great opportunity for an early-career supply chain or project management professional who wants broad exposure to manufacturing operations and the opportunity to manage projects across multiple areas of the business. Responsibilities Manage supply chain projects from planning through execution, ensuring schedule, scope and budget requirements are met Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and status reporting Coordinate activities across supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, quality and other operational teams Work directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project timelines Support supplier transitions and First Article Inspection/Approval activities Track project performance and communicate progress, risks and issues to leadership Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and potential schedule impacts Support supply chain and operational process improvement initiatives Help improve supplier performance, operational efficiency and overall project outcomes Maintain clear project documentation and communication across stakeholders Qualifications 0-5 years of experience in supply chain, project management, manufacturing operations or a related field, or education + experience Working knowledge of supply chain principles and processes Understanding of project management practices and methodologies Experience with project scheduling, budgeting and milestone tracking Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and operational teams Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline ; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace or defense environment Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical Engineering experience or education Experience working directly with suppliers Exposure to supplier transitions, First Article activities or manufacturing quality processes Benefits The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and company holidays; life and disability insurance; and an employee assistance program.
