Job Description

Develop detailed seasonal buy plans and monthly forecasts inclusive of sales, margin and inventory at the style color level. Develop strategies to meet sport financial goals and own open-to-buy bottoms-up forecasts to inform business decisions and in-season optimization actions. Articulate financial plans in seasonal presentations and monthly open-to-buy meetings to gain alignment and accelerate the vision of the sport business goals. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the NA organization to optimize business health throughout the entirety of the product life cycle. Facilitate monthly and seasonal inventory planning and management activities utilizing advanced data systems and analytics to solve problems and drive results. Recap and analyze the business against weekly forecasts and align actionable insights with holistic sport team, addressing risks & opportunities. Demonstrated retail expertise, understanding consumer and marketplace trends. Experience in merchandise assortment planning, inventory management, and financial forecasting. Proven critical thinking and strategic business planning skills in alignment with organizational goals. Ability to influence and craft compelling communication, grounded in analytical data. Cross-functional collaboration experience and capacity to navigate and excel in complex teams.
